Total Marine Services (TMS) and Integrated Engineering and Maintenance Services (IEMS), provide a total solution to the oil and gas industry. Marine provide qualified Mariners and rig personnel and Maintenance provide technical labour to support the many facilities that both these Industry specific divisions work on.

Two other strategic alliances have been formed for work in the offshore industry.

Brunel Technical Services (BTS)
BTS is an international construction company based in Holland. This alliance is for Offshore Construction projects within Australia and any opportunities in the international market where there are operational synergies.

The BTS alliance has already delivered benefits in respect to shared services for expert resources required at short notice. A recent example is the provision of a Specialist Coded Welder to a MODU for a critical job - the welder was provided within 24 hours of the order being made.

Mermaid Marine Australia (MMA)
TMS provides all Catering and Manning solutions, with MMA providing the support vessels to the offshore industry clients. This alliance has effectively amalgamated the strengths of TMS and MMA, allowing both to provide a full service offering and increasing the reach and effectiveness of existing resourcing.

Wendell
The Wendell group of companies, a wholly owned subsiduary of IGL, have their foundations in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry in New Zealand.

Wendell has been involved in numerous major operations in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry including catering and construction manning. Wendell has continued to supply labour and support services to Offshore Seismic Survey, Exploration Drill Ships/Semis, and the Maui 'A' and 'B' platforms. Wendell has also diversified into Onshore drilling support services which also includes, provision of company owned Rig Camps, in New Zealand.

Expertise in Vessel Chartering, Marine Salvage and specialist Offshore Exploration Support services are now available through Charterman Marine Services which is part of the Group.
