Total Marine Services (TMS) was established in 1988 and has developed a reputation for excellence in the provision of manning, catering, ship management and construction services to the offshore oil and gas industry.

In 2002, TMS was acquired by Integrated, one of Australia's largest publicly listed recruitment, labour hire and managed labour providers. This has given TMS the ability to provide end to project management expertise in all areas of operations with access to a national support network of highly skilled employee relations and recruitment professionals.
