Industrial Relations

Through the relationship with Integrated, Total Marine Services (TMS) also has access to a dedicated, national Industrial Relations management team. As a leading supplier of managed labour, Integrated's IR resourcing is comprehensive, specialised and accessible to TMS and our clients.

The fact that TMS has not suffered any lost time industrial stoppages (other than those called on a national industry basis) is testament to our commitment to a well resourced, consultative and professional approach to the management of Industrial Relations.

This is the direct result of consistently adhering to the following key principles:

Overall responsibility for ER and IR at TMS is held by our Industrial Relations Manager, who has around 20 years experience in a range of high involvement IR/ER environments in the Construction, Offshore Exploration, Oil & Gas Production and Mining industries.

In addition, the relationship with TMS' parent company Integrated provides a very strong network of support for TMS' dedicated in-house team.
